539 Bay Street is the newest addition to Traverse City's celebrated waterfront. It's not just the property itself that makes this condo special, but the location! Being walking distance to everything the downtown area has to offer, and centrally located to get anywhere else easily with a short drive, 15 minutes from the Great Lakes Equestrian Festival, steps from the Open Space where all other festivals host their attractions, 5 minutes from Meijer Supermarket, and nearby much more means you'll always have work, play or the in-the-mix setting of your deck at your fingertips.
Units are fronting lake with wall kitchens and covered balconies and sleeps 18 people (each unit). Units 102W, 103E, and 104E are right beside each other and located on the ground level of the building.
Note: Daily cleaning turnovers are not included.
Locate your room (based on W - being the entrance on the left side of the building if you're facing the water, E - being just to the right of the firepit - then 1xx is the ground floor, 2xx is the 2nd floor, and 3xx is 3rd floor) and enter your individually allocated code (then hit the checkmark), and you're in! Your custom code will work the duration of your stay providing access to both the front door and your condo.
