Welcome to Gigi’s Beach House! This two-story Spanish style home is located in Mandalay Shores, just a few minutes walk to the family friendly Mandalay Beach. The beach has a cute playground for kids, a basketball court and volleyball nets all waiting for you to enjoy. The house is also located down the street from Oxnard Beach Park which is a fantastic park to fly kites and for the kids to play on the Pirate Ship playground.
The home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, bedroom #2 has a queen, and bedroom #3 has a trundle bed w/ two twins. There is also a queen sized sleeper sofa (with upgraded memory foam mattress) located in the front living room. All bedrooms are on the first floor of this home. All bedrooms include a TV and the main living room also has a TV. (Cable included on 3 of the 4 TVs, streaming available an all 4 TVs.)
Relax and enjoy your time in this spacious home. Enjoy grilling on the upper deck, relaxing in the jacuzzi and making s’mores around the fire pit on the front patio. There are games included in the game cabinet for you to enjoy as well.
The kitchen is spacious and has just about everything you’ll need including a coffee pot, waffle maker, electric griddle, toaster, etc.
The house is fully equipped with all the beach gear you will need including beach chairs, an umbrella, sand toys, beach towels, boogie boards and ice chests! Additionally, the home has an outdoor shower which makes beach clean-up super easy, especially for kiddos!
The house is pet friendly and has a fully fenced yard.
