Small, cozy holiday cottage with a fantastic location, very close to Sæby Beach. It's not a lot of square meters, but on the other hand, the house is an obvious choice if you value peace and quiet. Here, the beautiful beach and nature are right on your doorstep, and if you have the children with you, the terrace and green lawn are always ready for play. The cottage consists of an open kitchen/living area for family living, with a dining table and sofa bed. There are also two small bedrooms; one with a bunk bed and the other with a 120 cm wide single bed. A bathroom with a shower is also available. Sæby is the only town in the county with a real beach promenade. Thanks to the beach promenade, a day at the beach can easily be combined with a walk to Sæby Old Town, just 500 meters away. No youth groups. A refundable security deposit may be charged shortly before your arrival date. The deposit ensures that your stay runs smoothly and covers any additional services or consumption costs. This deposit covers the consumption of utilities during your stay, as well as any additional services used. The final amount will be adjusted based on the actual meter readings and the use of additional services. Any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days of check-out. The deposit serves only as an advance payment for services you would have paid for anyway, ensuring a smooth stay and check-out.
