Hilltop Cottage is the perfect home away from home for your stay in the beautiful foothills of North Carolina. Convenient location on HWY 9 only 5 miles from TIEC, 10 minutes to adorable Landrum, SC, and 20 minutes to beautiful Lake Lure. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath house has all the modern amenities you need for comfort and relaxation. Situated on 11 acres of land, you will enjoy peace and tranquility and might even be joined by some grazing deer for your morning coffee.
The open living and dining room areas provide plenty of room for the whole family. Separate seating areas in the living room give everyone their own space whether watching TV, reading a book or playing some of the card games you'll find in the house. The sofa opens up to a queen-size sleeper. The dining room table easily accommodates 6+ folks helping you bring back family dinner time!
We stream all of our media at Hilltop Cottage. Unlimited, high-speed WiFi and TVs equipped with Amazon Firesticks will give you access to all of your streaming channels. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with a memory foam topped mattress. Talk about comfy! There is a TV in this room as well. En-suite bath with a GIANT shower completes the master experience.
The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with a new mattress. There is also a TV with Firestick in this bedroom.
The third bedroom has two twins with brand new hybrid memory-foam mattresses.
The full bath in the hallway is beautifully updated, spacious, and clean.
The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to make meals. There is a Keurig brewer, drip coffee brewer, and toaster oven in addition to all of the traditional appliances. Among other things, in the cabinets, you'll find Cuisinart pots and pans along with dishes to accommodate 6+ people.
Outdoor spaces included a covered dining area with grill and table seating for 4. The side porch has comfy outdoor "living room" furniture where everyone can gather and relax.
