This tri-level, 2,520 sq ft brick home is convenient to the best of downtown Columbia; the capital city of the Palmetto State. The home offers a plethora of amenities and entertainment for families, couples, groups of friends, sports enthusiasts, business travelers, college visitors, and guests of all ages. The open-concept main (2nd floor) level boasts a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room. Bedrooms are located upstairs (on the third floor); there’s a king primary suite, and two additional bedrooms, each with two XL twin beds. (These twin beds can be joined together to make king beds. With advance notice, bedrooms/bedding arrangements can be customized to guest preferences.) There’s a sleeper sofa in the lower level (1st floor) game room. The home sleeps 9 guests max.

There’s even a charming snack bar with a mini-fridge and popcorn machine! Each elegant theater seat has its own small bar table, so you can truly unwind, dine, and enjoy hors d'oeuvres or cocktails during group movie night.

The kitchen has counter space with a coffee maker, toaster, knife block, spice rack, etc. The dining table is located on the far side of the kitchen island. Enjoy home-cooked family meals. A large picture window beside the dining table overlooks the front yard with mature trees and azalea bushes.

Outdoor Amenities:
Sip your morning coffee on the covered patio just off the game room. This is also a great spot for a cold beer or evening nightcap after a game of pool. While this is an urban destination, you’ll enjoy the large, fenced, private yard and privacy buffer of mature shade trees and azalea bushes that line both the front and back yard.
There’s a 2 car carport plus extra driveway parking. NO PARKING IS ALLOWED ON THE FRONT LAWN/HILL in front of the home. Parking alongside the left of the driveway is permitted. Limited street parking is available.
Guest access
Tri-level home with stairs, no elevator. Steps up to the front door. Not suitable for handicap access. Guests have access to the entire home.

Smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, and first aid kits.
No smoking/no parties.
Light, pre-packaged snacks and bottled water are provided upon arrival.
Security Cameras are on the outside of the house and are recording during a reservation, NO cameras are inside the home or have a view of the inside of the house.
Noise detection sensors installed at the property – These devices monitor decibel levels at the property 24 hours a day and automatically notify us if noise levels are too high.
If you bring your pet, there will be a $35 per pet per day fee.
