This 3,000+ sq. ft. 4BR/4.5BTH home underwent a complete restoration. Each bedroom has its own private, en suite bathroom. Each guest will have their own little retreat space. Each room has 2 bathrobes from RH. Ideal for large groups and wedding parties.
The home is in a prime location on Union St steps to Warren St near all of the best cafes and shops. Gorgeous churches are across the street along w/ a large park outside of the court house. 4 blocks to the Amtrak. Extra lot size and private parking for guests in the rear. Coded entrance for easy check in.
The home was built in the early 1900's and features 10' ceilings, huge casement windows and built-ins throughout. The living room has a remote controlled gas fireplace, 65" OLED Samsung Smart TV and SONOS in ceiling speakers for surround sound. SONOS runs throughout entire 1st floor.
The kitchen is the heart of the home and a home cook's dream w/ GE Cafe appliances; 36" 6 burner stove & Le Creusset & Hexclad pots and pans. The pantry behind kitchen is stocked w/ Italian provisions and cooking tools of all sorts.
Formal dining room w/ RH table that can seat 12 with insert on site. French doors to outside veranda w/ tables & chairs.
Ascend to the 2nd floor highlighted by a stunning library w/ expansive book collection and bench to read. Master bedroom w/ a King bed and master bath w/ 2 vanities & Italian marble shower w/ rain head. 2 additional bedrooms on the 2nd floor w/ Queen beds both w/ private, full bathrooms in each. One has a tub for little ones; and there's a pack and play on-site; just request it. Each bedroom has a 43" Smart tv. Washer/dryer off hallway.
Escape to the top floor where the last guest suite awaits offering 600 sq. ft. w/ a Queen bed. Fitness enthusiasts can take advantage of the Peloton bike and yoga mats. The top floor doubles as a home office catering to remote work needs. Hard-wired cat 6 connection to desktop and super fast internet. Large, full bathroom as well.
