POOL IS NOT HEATED. The temperature of the weather determines the temperature of the pool. We do not have a hot tub.
This exquisite home has 4 bedrooms (5 beds + 2 futons), a spacious open concept living room, a game room with a 65in TV, pool table, ping pong table, and beer pong table! Perfect for entertaining large groups.
The beautiful open kitchen concept with gold accents and marble finishing comes fully stocked with all the basic cooking essentials. Fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and a Keurig machine with complimentary K-Cups as well as a fully stocked snack basket.
Comes equipped with a washer and dryer.
The master bedroom contains a King sized bed with a 65 inch TV and a full length mirror and plenty of closet space.
The second bedroom contains a queen sized bed with a private bathroom and a standing shower as well as plenty of closet space. There is also a beautiful marble table with a large mirror. Private entrance to the pool as well.
The third bedroom comes with a bunk bed that holds 2 full sized beds as well as a table and dresser with a mirror.
-A warning : the Top bunk bed can only support a maximum of 200 lbs.
The 4th bedroom contains day bed for lounging and pulls out on the bottom for additional sleeping needs if required.
Enjoy our spacious backyard with our teak wood lounge chairs and hammock tanning chairs to soak up some delicious Vegas sun! But wait there's more!
Enjoy a cold drink while sitting on our Bungalow chair next to our greenery wall for an Instragram moment!

A note about the neighborhood - our home is very close to the Strip and downtown Las Vegas, however it is not walking distance and it is advised to travel by Ride Share service (Uber, Lyft) or by car.
Large parties or loud gatherings are NOT allowed at this home.

Parking : Plenty of free parking ON the perimeter of the house. Please do not park or take up space in any of the neighbors areas.
