This three-story retreat enjoys an unbeatable location across the street from the lake and steps from a walking trail that surrounds the lake. The public dock located in front of the house is available for your use and is perfect for fishing, picnicking, and sunning. Other great attractions you can find nearby include Rose Walk, Vance Street Park, Wheels Through Time Motorcycle Museum, Maggie Valley Festival Grounds, and Cataloochee Ski Area.
When you book this recently updated home, you are granted access to Lake Junaluska community amenities, including an outdoor pool, tennis, basketball, and pickleball courts, an ice cream shop, kayak and lake equipment rentals, an open gym, and the historic Lake Junaluska Golf Course, a fun and challenging par-68, 18-hole course with scenic views of the Blue Ridge Mts and Lake Junaluska.
The first floor of this gorgeous lakefront retreat features an inviting den with a gorgeous gas fireplace, a smart TV with streaming, a laundry area with a washer/dryer, and a private bunk bedroom that is perfect for the kiddos! Climb up the short flight of stairs to reach the second floor, which offers a beautiful chef's kitchen with modern appliances, a formal dining room, and access to a back patio with a gas firepit, a gas grill, and plenty of seating. This level also enjoys a lake-view front porch with seating and two bedrooms.
