AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in.
🚭 NO SMOKING inside. No smoking within 10 feet of windows or doors. A $50 cleaning fee will be charged for additional smoking paraphernalia clean up. A $250 fee will be charged for deodorizing the interior of the home. Please make sure all windows and doors are closed with smoking on the exterior of the property.
🔊 Quiet Hours begin at 10:00 PM - 8AM per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.

*Pool care visits the property every Wednesday. They will arrive between 10 AM-4 PM. Please allow them to care for the pool so you can enjoy it!
*The lawn is professionally maintained for guest satisfaction. Lawn care may arrive on the property unannounced due to weather and scheduling! Please allow them to care for the lawn!

📢 Type of Cooling for the Home
Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.

-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
