The Space:
This 8-bedroom, 5-bathroom house offers high-speed Wi-Fi for an enjoyable stay. The clubhouse features a resort-style pool perfect for families. Bath towels and pool towels are provided. A Welcome Kit is included with some basic home essentials, and guests are responsible for replacing any items used. The house is 5 minutes from Walmart, 25 from Walt Disney World, and 34 minutes from Universal Studios. Pool heating is available upon request for an additional cost. Pool heater can take 24 to 48 hours to heat so please request in advance.

BOOKING YOUR STAY:
You must be 21 years of age or older to book with us. When requested, the guest must provide us with a photo ID. Your ID and payment method must match. Failure to provide a valid photo ID will result in the booking being canceled.
BEFORE CHECKING IN:
Attention: it is very important to provide a complete guest list of the first and last names by 5 pm EST at least 24 hours before their arrival. The resort will not allow access if the names are not registered.
POOL HEATER:
Please note the pool heater can take up to 24 to 48 Hrs to heat. The pool heater is turned on once payment is processed. Please be sure to request the pool heater at least 48 before your arrival.
***The pool is heated to 86F For health and safety reasons we cannot raise the temperature beyond 86F. Thank you for your understanding. Just to clarify, the pool and the SPA share the same water temperature, as they are both heated by the same system. We understand that 'SPA' can sometimes be mistaken for a jacuzzi, but in this case, it's a relaxing warm water area without hydromassage jets. If you have any questions or need anything else, we’re here to help!"
