It's only minutes from Disney World, Universal Studios and 35 min from LEGOLAND. It has a fully equipped Kitchen, dining area and living room. There is 7 beds and sleeps 11 guests.

- **For added safety, we offer contactless check-in procedures. You will be provided a door code prior to check-in to facilitate smooth check ins.
** IMPORTANT information:
*Our home offers all of the listed amenities for your convenience, but some items are not there throughout your stay, they are there as a courtesy upon your arrival.
* These items include, but are not limited to, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher soap and detergent, soap and shampoo. You can restock these items as needed. No other supplies will be provided. Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.
* We provide 2 bath towel, 1 hand towels and some for the pool. (Per paid quest and according to the maximum occupancy of the house). We do not provide extra towels as the house has a washer and dryer for your convenience.
-Absolutely NO parties!
-NO smoking, vaping or marijuana!(There will be a $400 charge to purify the air in case of smoking)
- NO Pets!(If animals are found a $400 cleaning fee will be charged to clean the house.)
- NO parking in the GARAGE OR GRASS
-There is a $5.00 fee for every bag of trash left in unit.
- Carbon BBQ grill: $30.00 cleaning fee. The charcoal the guest need to provide. For your safety after use, turn it off.
- Pool heat: -Pool heat is optional and is available for an additional daily fee. Please request at least 2 day before check in date to make sure water is warm upon check-in, especially during winter months. $ 40.00 for day, The pool temperature: 90F through 94F. Attention: this is not a Jacuzzi (pay first to use).
- Early Check-In and/or Late Check-Out may be available depending on home’s rental status, if available, $100 fee will be charged.
- Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. Contact us to negotiate.

-The outside of the house is equipped with Ring sensors and cameras. There are also light sensors on the back patio. Tampering with the cameras is not permitted and is a violation of the rental agreement.
-We have a security camera in front of the garage and in the back of the house for security purposes.
-As Per legal requirement (Governor Desantis Executive Order) you also agree not to host any gathering with more than the total occupancy of this property. By law, if you do not respect this rule, we will have all rights to evict you without any right for compensation. And you would put yourself at risk of being reported to the police at any time by neighbors or the HOA. Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property.
- We require that the reserving guest be at least 25 years or older.
HOUSEKEEPING:
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
FOOD:
As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and NO supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check in.
*Parking available for up to 4 cars, 2 in driveway, 2 on the street. Cars parked on street without permit will be towed. Regulated by community and not by management. Please be aware. NO GRASS PARKING.
