The space
Step through the front door and you’re greeted by the open concept formal dining table with seating for 6 and front living room with generous seating to sit back and relax.
Walk a bit further and you’ve arrived in the wonderful open concept kitchen, dining and back living room space complete with views of the private patio and pool. The living room provides ample seating for all to gather and comfortably watch a film, or chat while the dining table seats 4.
The kitchen boasts abundant cabinet storage and is generously stocked with everything needed to create a meal just like at home. The back living/dining/kitchen space is the perfect backdrop for everyone to congregate together, whether it’s whipping up a delicious meal, watching a movie, or simply sitting around and reminiscing about the daily goings ons, the options are endless and can all be spent together within the inviting space.
Slide the patio door open and you’ve entered the large private screened in sunny *South Facing* patio (with neighbors only on one side). Complete with an overhang (for enjoyment whether rain or shine!), a curved south facing pool and spa, many seating and dining options to choose from, a bbq and more! This is the perfect back drop for hours of endless fun in the sun! Whether it’s splashing around in the pool, barbecuing a delicious meal or sunbathing- it can all happen here!
There is a laundry nook featuring a washer and dryer for your convenience and use. We also provide colored pool towels.
BEDROOM SUITE BREAKDOWN:
*All conveniently located on first level as this is a single level home*
1. Master Queen suite featuring beautiful trea ceilings, a spacious full en-suite bathroom, private patio access via sliding doors. The large en-suite bathroom is complete with a double vanity, a garden tub & separate shower along with private toilet quarters.
2. Queen bedroom with attached full bathroom featuring a shower.
3. 2 Twin Bed Suite Shares jack and Jill bathroom

All 4 suites are equipped with: a tv, art, a nightstand, bedside lamp, bed linens, pillows, blinds, hangers, an extra pillow and blanket in the closet.
All bathrooms are stocked with bath towels, 1 toilet paper roll, 1 garbage bag in bin, 1 hair dryer, and a few mini toiletries for your convenience.
We provide a starter kit of cleaning supplies only meant to get you through the first day. Once you’ve run out you’re responsible for restocking these items for your stay. The starter kit includes:
-1 garbage bag in kitchen bin and a few extras on counter
-1 paper towel roll
-1 mini dish soap & sponge
-1 dishwashing pod
-1 laundry pod

Other things to note
*The POOL & SPA Heat is not included*
If you would like the pool & spa heated there is a non-refundable fee of $35.00 per night (plus taxes & fees) for the pool heater to be turned on. Pool & Spa heat is only available for the entire stay and must be requested and paid for at least 24 hours before check in.
*Please note: the pool water may take up to 24 hours to fully heat up. The SPA will not heat up when the jets are on if the pool and spa heat package is not purchased.
If you are planning on using the BBQ GRILL:
*There is a one time non refundable fee of $53.75 to use the BBQ Grill.
Due to insurance liability guests are not permitted to bring their own bbq grill.
For the safety of our guests this property has outdoor surveillance. All guests who book this property must be aware of this.
