The downstairs Master bedroom looks out double glass door your private pool. Complete with an en-suite bathroom equipped with a walk in shower with a large rain shower head, also connects to a large walk in closet.
This Rock’n Roll bedroom boasts of a king size Dream Cloud Mattress.
The second room downstairs has a queen size bed.
The third room downstairs has a twin over full bunk bed with a twin pull out trundle.
Upstairs are two twin beds, a full size bed and two single floor mattresses .
The second bathroom in on the bottom floor with a standard tub/shower.
The guest will be able to access the entire home, yard, driveway and May use the garage for storage, but not parking.
I am local, only a few minutes away, but respect my guests privacy.
The Kenwood neighborhood in Fort Walton Beach is a much desired place to live in the area. Kenwood is located off of the busy Beal Street and is close to many shops, stores and restaurants. This neighborhood is also just a few miles from both the Eglin Air Force Base and Hurlburt Field, making it a popular neighborhood for military personnel and family.
The central location and family-oriented atmosphere are not the only perks to this much appreciated neighborhood, but also its beautiful waterfront, golf front and bayou front lots that are large in size. If you are a golf enthusiasts, imagine yourself waking up and walking out your door onto the Fort Walton Gulf Course. If you dream of looking out your window and watching the sunrise and set over a beautiful pool, this is the place for you.
A car is recommended, however Uber and Lyft are readily available.
Memory Lane is a non-smoking home. If you are a cigarette smoker, please do not do it at the property at all. Unfortunately if we find evidence of smoking on the property such as cigarette butts or a smoke smell in the house we will charge a $500 cleaning fee.
We are also a non-pet home. If we find evidence of pets we will charge a $500 additional cleaning fee.
Please enjoy your meal in the dining room. No eating or drinking in bedrooms.

Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited
We thank you for not allowing unregistered guests. The primary guest on the reservation must be 23 years or older and present the duration of the stay. The credit card used on the reservation must be the primary guest.
We thank you for not wearing shoes inside the home, the sand from the beach is hard to keep out of the home.
Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times.
Please use the swimming pool area according to the safety rules. Do not use any glassware in or around the area.
Please shower between attending the beach and swimming in the pool to keep the sand from getting in the Pool.
There is a Local Noise Ordinance that begins at 9pm, so there cannot be noise coming from the backyard or pool area past 9pm. This includes playing music or children playing. We love our neighbors and don’t want to disturb them.
You may use the driveway to park, the garage door is locked and not available for guests to use. You can use the side door to bring any beach chairs in and out.
No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room.

Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding any security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb or your booking platform.

The violation of house rules may result in deductions from the security deposit or in compensation claims and penalties.
PESTS: Please understand, we are in close proximity to wooded areas. You might see or encounter wildlife including, but not limited to: raccoon, opossums, black bears, birds, bees, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, ants, crickets, palmetto bugs, tree roaches, rolly pollies, and silver fish to name a few. These creatures reside in nature, and we have no control over them. We do use a pest control service in and around the home regularly to reduce the incidence of bugs. However, we cannot control mother nature, and therefore, do not refund if you encounter her business during your stay.
Do NOT attempt to cross Highway 98 on foot or Bicycle. This is extremely dangerous.
Pay attention to the flags at the beach. Do NOT swim on a Red Flag. This is extremely dangerous and may result in death.
