It's summer, and lake is full! Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home on the water. Bring your swimsuits, kayak, water toys & fishing gear & enjoy the lake from the back yard & private dock. Large outside deck for sunset dinners. Big grassy back yard for kids to run. Wake up to the lake view, wildlife. Enjoy the lush gardens that surround your little getaway. Easy walk for a night out to the Marina Bar & Grill where you can catch live music on the weekends, and rent or dock your boat.
Other Things to Note:
Due to the shallow water in front of the property, Guests are not permitted to drive on the lawn to unload or moor any large or motorized boats to/from the shore or dock. There are public access ramps that are available close by. Guests are not permitted to tie or dock motorized boats from the dock or raft. The Marina next door can host your boat.
There are to be no extra guests on the property other than those sleeping in the house. RV and campers are not allowed on the property.
The unit is self-checkin and guests will be provided with a code and instructions exactly 24 hours before check-in. So if your check-in time is 4 p.m. on Friday you will receive instructions at 4 p.m. on Thursday. The cleaning fee includes bed sheets, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, makeup removal cloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, kitchen towels, hand soap, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, face tissue, and laundry detergent. The cleaners will leave a starter supply of all of these items but they are not replenished during the stay. All discounts available are included in the pricing you see on the booking channel.
