Welcome to our gorgeous Noosa family home. We would love for you to enjoy our house and everything that Noosa has to offer. We are located in a quiet exclusive residential estate in Noosa Waters and our home is an easy walk to vibrant Noosaville where you can find a host of amenities including gourmet river cafes, seafood restaurants, funky bars and unique boutiques. Our home flows over two spacious levels with three large bedrooms downstairs. All with brand new deluxe Queen beds and fans. The family bathroom with relaxing bath and seperate shower are on the lower level. There is also a second bathroom with shower. Our gourmet open plan kitchen comes complete with all mod cons including Miele gas cooktop, Pod coffee machine (takes Grinders coffee pods). The dining table is located just off the kitchen and has glorious views over picturesque Noosa River. Sliding doors lead off the living and dining areas to a deck with generous sun loungers and steps lead down to your own private dock! The cosy living room has a 55 inch Smart TV and beautiful grey leather lounge. Our master suite flows over the entire top level with stunning deluxe bed overlooking the river and large ensuite bathroom. There is also an open plan 5th room on this level & with prior notice we can arrange to set up single fold away beds (for children under 12 only).
There is air conditioning in the living area, second TV room, master bedroom and fans throughout to ensure you stay cool during summer and cosy during our ‘Winter’ (averaging 20 degrees during the day!!). There is a private dock off the rear of the house and you can hire BBQ boats and bring them straight to the house to pack up for a day on the River. The canal is private for residents only so you will not see annoying noisy BBQ boats passing by. Retire to the media room with leather couch, beach bags and huge 75 inch TV in the evening. Draw the blinds, pop the popcorn and relax and settle into the Noosa lifestyle. Unlimited Wifi and double car garage are available for your use.
