Class and comfort combine in this handsome 4 bedroom, 3 bath 2,800 square foot Spanish Revival style house, located a short 8-minute walk from downtown Pacific Grove. This is a perfect spot for a family reunion or for several couples vacationing together. Situated on a quarter acre and set back from the street, it has a large, enclosed dog and child-friendly backyard and parking for several cars.
The elegant living room, decorated in rich earthen tones, features hardwood floors and comfortable furnishings. A wall of windows line one end of the living room and provide access to a small balcony overlooking the back yard. (The fireplace in the room is decorative in nature only and is not for burning.)
A fully equipped kitchen with white cabinetry includes a cheery breakfast nook with table that can seat four. Dinnerware and glassware allow entertaining in grand style in the handsome dining room, with its semi-circle of French windows and wood table that seats up to ten.
Downstairs in the main house is a bright, cozy family room with another bank of French windows overlooking the backyard with wall-to-wall carpeting, a sectional sofa, 42-inch HDTV, and a table for playing games and cards.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The upper / main level bedrooms have hardwood flooring.
Bedroom #1 has a king bed, luxury linens and French windows on two sides that welcome plenty of light.
Bedroom #2 on has a queen bed and luxury linens.
Bedrooms on this level share a full hall bath with a shower over tub combination.
On the lower level, Bedroom #3 is a large suite with a king bed and 2 twin beds.
The downstairs bathroom has two standing showers, three pedestal sinks and a separate water closet.
Bedroom #4 is a cozy studio guest suite with a small kitchen and queen bed. It is accessed through the back yard with a separate entrance, is available for adults only. (Adults with baby OK). The studio has its own bathroom with a shower.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.
This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner. **Extended stays are often possible.**
