Positive: The chalet is amazingly decorated, doesn't look like a chalet at all! Our daughters particularly liked the bunk bedroom. Plentiful parking on the road, no problem walking up with our luggage on the path (not supposed to walk across the grass). Comms with the owner were great, and there was a new system regarding passcards, which required some trust - I had to pay a deposit to the owner before arrival, and this was refunded the day we left, spot on customer service. For anyone walking into town, you don't have to walk along the route you drove in.. from the chalet walk to the road, away from the hedge, turn right and there's a gate through to the public park, and a path along there.
Negative: I've separately reported some lightbulb issues, and I was pleased someone else had mentioned in an earlier review that all the switches are behind the doors, and the wooden frame around the bed - forewarned, forearmed, no biggie.
