Our apartment is located in a secure luxury residence (Mare E Vista) by an electric gate with a parking space on a site "remarkable" (Natura 2000 and Grand Site of France),
Composed of 3 rooms including 1 parental suite (1 room with its room of water / independent WC and its dressingroom / office).
This apartment is equipped with a second bathroom with walk-in shower.
Our apartment is suitable for a family with children or 3 couples, while respecting the privacy of each.
LIVING ROOM :
The living room consists of a living / dining room with a sofa 4 places, a coffee table, a LED TV flat screen of 102 cm, a livebox with Orange TV (Channels free of charge including foreign news channels), 10 Mega Internet access and free WI-FI and a dining table sized to accommodate 6 people comfortably.
The living area includes a fully equipped kitchen including a large fridge / freezer, a dishwasher 13 cutlery, a multifunction electric oven, a ceramic hob 4 burners and a combined microwave oven grill, coffee maker, kettle, toasters and a washing machine of 9 kgs.

Summary: A beautifully clean very well equipped modern ground floor apartment in a peaceful spot on the edge of St Florent. A very warm welcome from Anthony the concierge, with lots of helpful local knowledge to offer. Very good AC which was key for us when the temperatures soared. Just 500m walk to Plage D’Olzo, and a lovely cafe with kayak/ boat hire at base nautique. The coastal path beyond takes you to many quiet spots for swimming and snorkelling away from the crowds. Towards St Florent just 2 minutes drive is a Boulangerie and small fruit/ veg store. The LeClerc Supermarket at Oletta is a much better experience than the cramped Spar in St Florent. But there is free parking all day behind the Spar, just be aware that the access in and out is rather crazy! Boat trip to Plage de Lotu very worthwhile- beautiful white sand and stunning turquoise clear water for swimming and snorkelling. Up in the hills of Patrimonio there is plenty of wine tasting opportunity, and Le Bartavin is a lovely outdoor restaurant with a beautiful view of the hills and sunset. This apartment is a fantastic base to explore this beautiful area- to be highly recommended. Thankyou to our hosts who were very responsive, and to Anthony for a great stay.
