IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT THIS HOUSE AND AREA:
NOTE ON THE LOCATION OF THIS RENTAL: Elk is a wonderful place to be, I LOVE Elk...however, it is a small town and the streets usually roll up fairly early. The main store in Elk is called "The Elk Store" which is awesome but make a note that they open at 9:00 am and close at 4:00 pm everyday, regardless of the season.
WIFI: The Elk Store does have Wifi if needed - you will need a pass but they willbe happy to provide it for you
THE FINAL NOTE that the beauty of the Elk Meadows house is that it is all about unplugging from WiFi and that the cell service here is very limited and the reception that you may or may not get is depending on your service provider. The closest cell service is at least 20 minutes North in case it is required.
STUFF THAT'S GOOD TO KNOW
THIS RENTAL IS LOCATED IN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO THE GREENWOOD STATE BEACH AND THE QUAINT AND FUN TOWN OF ELK.
This rental is a short drive or even walk to the Greenwood State Beach right down the road. The Greenwood State Beach is a wonderful park with beautiful beach access, stunningly beautiful views and is right in the middle of the quaint town of Elk, California.
GARBAGE
There are garbage cans for the rental next to the back porch between the game room and the garage. Please observe what goes in the recycle and what is not recyclable so that they are in the proper bins. Please roll the trash cans out to the curb on Sunday evenings as they will emptied early on Monday morning.
