Linden Cottage is located in a quiet residential area in Coxhoe just a short distance from both the A19 and A1, and a short drive to the city of Durham with its famous cathedral, university, shops, cafés, restaurants and beautiful riverside walks. A spacious end terraced cottage offering comfortable and well-equipped accommodation. The living space is open plan with a comfortable living room and dining area with original oak beams, Freeview TV, electric log effect burner and attractive local artwork reflecting the heritage of the area. Patio doors lead from the dining area into a conservatory with more seating to sit, relax or read a book. Perfect for a mixed group, there is a second small living area with seating, coffee table and games to entertain. Durham Castle and cathedral must be visited to appreciate the awe-inspiring architecture. The Gala Theatre is located in the centre of the city, making the cottage a perfect location for guests wanting to enjoy a theatre trip as part of their break.
