You will have private access to the entire apartment, the landscaped gardens and pool (which is open all year round) are shared with residents of the building.

Spanish National law Orden INT/1922/2003 requires all passengers to perform a check in of their identity documents that is submitted to the Ministry of Interior. This process will be done via the platform Check-in Scan and you will be sent instructions on how to complete this step. Again, this is a legal requirement therefore it must be completed before you are given access to the property. Check Out is by 10:00 on the day of departure. Our cleaners will arrive at 10:00 sharp, please ensure you have vacated the property by this time.

You agree that the number of people staying in the property will not exceed the maximum number of guests stated in the listing.
The property is only to be used for travel and leisure purposes. Therefore any parties or events are strictly prohibited (both in the property itself and in the communal areas).
You shall not use the property for any commercial purpose, such as social gatherings and parties.
We reserve the right to terminate without notice and without refund for a breach of this condition.
You agree that the property will not be used for any activity or in such a way to cause nuisance or annoyance to neighbours of the property.

You or your party must allow the local management team or/and service providers to access the property at all reasonable times and in the case of emergency at all times with or without you or your party being present. This is to enable any urgent work to be carried out.
🧳 Personal Belongings / Lost Property
We will not accept any liability in relation to any damage to, or loss of your personal property and belongings except where such damage or loss is caused by our negligence. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have adequate holiday insurance cover. Lost property will be held for a period of 14 days from the departure date and kept with our local team. Items will be returned on request. Charges will be passed over to cover the cost of postage and packaging. We do not accept responsibility for the safe carriage of any items returned.

We recommend turning off all lights, heating and air conditioning when you leave the property each day and, on your check, out day. When you do have the air conditioning or heating on make sure to close the windows.

Strictly no smoking inside of the property. You are welcome to smoke outside, do not throw any ash or buts on the floor or over the balcony.

This is a community with neighbours, please be respectful, rowdy behaviour will be reported and you may be asked to leave if you do not comply with the regulations. Glass is strictly prohibited in the swimming pool. Under no circumstances is rowdy behaviour allowed in the swimming pool, communal areas or apartment.
It is strictly prohibited to play ball or any other game that can cause an annoyance to other users.
All personal articles are to be removed from the pool following departure from this area.
Pools are not designed to accommodate floating mattresses or chairs.
Constant jumping in and out of the pool is prohibited.
