The Space:
Step into this well-maintained, light-filled and cheery carriage house! Stylish and comfortable furnishings and many extra amenities will make your stay a dream. Fully equipped kitchen, updated bathroom, 2 BR with a queen size beds located on the 2nd floor. Enjoy coffee or afternoon libations in our entertainment packed basement lounge area with huge TVs to stream movies and your favorite shows, Pacman arcade and a foosball. Our 2BR 1bath carriage unit is best suited for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers.

The KC Streetcar will give you a ride north to the River Market. The closest pick up point is north on Main St. at Union Station. Bird scooters are easily available!

No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $500 fine if these rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.

The exterior security cameras are in place to ensure we are in compliance with our House Rules.
