If you require additional designated parking spots, we can accommodate based on availability and subject to event pricing set by the building management. For preferred rates and more details, please contact the host.

★ SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER REQUIRED ★
We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit.
You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $29 up to $69, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed.
If you’ve already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us—we’re happy to review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage.

Our apartment is in a well-maintained community. Our community management does everything in their power to ensure that all amenities are always available. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
