Summary: We booked this house for its location and value while attending Spring Training in West Palm Beach. The house was immaculate and a new listing. I think we were the second folks to stay there. The pictures are accurate of the furnishings and rooms. The owners have made a lot of effort to ensure everything you need is at your fingertips. However, there are a few cosmetic construction type things that I am sure the owner will address. (closet doors/floors in kitchen area). The bathrooms are very small but the showers work great. The sink areas are small and have cold water only. Those issues did not interfere with our stay and we would definitely book this home again. The owner/manager was easy to work with and very attentive to the needs of the renter. Kitchen was magnificent and we enjoyed the living room with large tv in the evenings. AC works great and bedding was very nice.
