We do provide free strong wifi, so you can make this place a Workation to work online. Location near Bts and Mrt stations.
Executive Summary of this Apartment:
1. Location/Location/Location: it is located in the prime area of Bangkok main tourist Town (towards end of Sukhumvit Soi 15, walking distance to Sukhumvit Soi 11, where is the busiest entertainment area with nice restaurants/bars/Disco and very near to the Bumrungrad Hospital). With its location, it is easy to travel from to all tourist destinations/shopping malls (try to use boat to travel to Siam Paragon/Pratunam Center and even to Grand Palace). This area is very very quite as it is only 700 meters from main road (staying near main road is too loud due to the noise of motorcycle and Bts Sky train), so our location is very quite, suitable for people who look for quite location with free shuttle to go to main road or even easy walk to Mrt/Airport Rail Link (Arl) and San Sap Canal boat station.
2. One of very large 2 bedroom apartment 120 sqm (240sqft) available in town, which can accommodate up to 6 people with 2 Extra bed. There are 2 bedrooms, both ensuite (bathrooms are attached to bedrooms with shower rooms only) plus 1 guest toilet room.
3. There are Rooftop Swimming pool, Gym and hot sauna on 8th floor. Gym of the building is very simple and not practical for professional or heavy weight trainer. We do have Meeting room to support your group meeting too and it is located in the big Gym Room.
4. Located near Sirikit Park, which you can go to joking/walking/biking. It is one of the biggest Public Park in town for you to enjoy your exercise. Get free shuttle to drop you to main road and walk about 10 mins.
5. We have provided Fiber Optic internet systems to allow you to work from home. We do provide Lan wire (10 meters long) so you can connect to your computer to work online smoothly and fast response.
6. We do provide Free Shuttle to drop you guy or pick you guy up between the building and main road (working hours is limited between 9am to 5,30pm), try to please driver with small tip so he gives you his mobile number to pick you guy up. In Thailand, Thb20 tip is good to make people happy.
7. We do provide Free Parking on the ground floor.
8. We are near to Sukhumvit 11, which is the well known entertainment center with varieties of restaurants/bars and convenient stores.
9. Electricity and Water are inclusive so no hassle of how much electricity/water consumption.
What are not available in this Apartment:
1. No daily cleaning provided, however, you can contact Host to coordinate with cleaner (reasonable cleaning fee about Thb1000 , inclusive cleaning, change linens/towels, if cleaning only Thb500, no linens/towels change ).
2. No Breakfast provided but it is very easy to buy from supermarket and prepare your own breakfast.
It is distance to Sukhumvit 11 for entertainment, foods, bars. Easy to commute everywhere in Sukhumvit area and near Bumrungrad Hospital. Free shuttle to main road.
It is on 2nd floor of 8 storey building, easy to walk up and down or use elevator as per your health. Up to 6 people can stay in this apartment. We have two beds (1King & 1Queen) and if you need extra beds then you will need to inform us in advance with an extra charge, by putting right number of guests to stay, right price will reflect in your booking. Extra beds are for individuals who do not want to share beds or for any 5th and 6th person staying in the apartment, fee will be applied. Baby cot is available for fee, please check with the host, if you need it. Simple Gym and rooftop swimming pool are on 8th floor. Meeting room of 6 to 8 people is on 8th floor (please contact host if you need to use this room, fee applied to be paid to building office).
It is very easy to turn left from the main entrance to walk 300 meters to San Sap canal to take speed long tail boat to Patunam Shopping Center, Siam Paragon Shopping center and even to Sanan Luang to go to visit Grand Palace (no hassle with traffic jam) and you walk further to Mrt underground train to go everywhere in the city, even to go to Bangkok Airport by connected to Airport Rail Link (we are about 1 km away).
Guests can enjoy swimming pool, fitness and car parking for free. Free shuttle to main road with capacity of 5 people per ride. Meeting room for businessmen or even use this room small party, please contact Host for this arrangement.
The Host is contactable and reachable easily until 8pm & co-host contactable until 9pm. There is staff staying at the apartment to support you.

We can help to drop you near main road with tip Thb20 payable to driver, not compulsory but you can encourage driver to drop and pick you up from main road by asking his contact number. The guard and office staff can help you to call taxi, inform them to solve your any room issues or any help needed. You can also contact the Host.
We have shuttle to main road during 8am to 6pm (driver off on Saturday so it will not be available on that day). We would like to remind that electricity and water will be paid separately for monthly and longer stay, as we have applied good discount for such bookings.
