Exclusive duplex penthouse with incredible sea views. Situated on the 16th floor in Diagonal Mar. It is ideal for families and groups on vacation and business seeking a touch of luxury for their stay in one of Europe´s most beautiful cities.
There are 4 double bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other three with two twin beds in each, which can be made into doubles on request. All bedrooms have spacious built in closets and the master bedroom is en-suite. All 3 bathrooms have impeccable marble finish and completed in neutral tones.
Thanks to the huge windows, the living room has plenty of natural light and a spectacular view of the sea. If you prefer to dine out, it has a terrace with dining table and chairs to enjoy an afternoon or evening with your family or friends.
The apartment is equipped with everything you may need for a comfortable stay. Includes towels, bed linens, hair dryer, shower gel and shampoo. The kitchen has all the utensils for a quotidian use. You will also find a dishwasher, washing machine and a dryer. There is Wi-Fi internet throughout the apartment.
The apartment is situated in an exclusive complex with 2 swimming pools (including one children´s shallow pool) with changing area, children´s playground and 24 hour security. The area is perfect for those seeking a relaxed Mediterranean break with the beach just on the doorstep and the Gothic quarter of the city just a few stops away by direct metro line. The metro station Selva de Mar is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The area has everything you need for your stay including large shopping center Diagonal Mar with all major high street retailers, a large hypermarket and communal parks and gardens. Nearby is the Port Olimpic district with the marina, the casino and much of Barcelona´s nightlife.

We will always attempt to accommodate early arrivals and late departures, but this will depend on previous/following bookings and have additional costs.

The non-fulfillment of any of these norms may result in penalties from extra charges of 84€ to the immediate expulsion of the clients from the apartment without reimbursement and without the right to claim any type of compensation.
The client is expected to leave the apartment in reasonable conditions for cleaning, in the same way the apartment was found on the arrival day. If any of these conditions are not satisfied, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee.

Summary: Great view as per the advertised photos. Great English. Provided a complementary bottle of water. There is a nice sized mall within walking distance as well as the beach. Asked for early check-in, was told we would get a call when the place was ready for us. We caught a train to some sights, never recieved a call but was exhausted from morning travel and walking around and decided to head back for the regular check in time of 3pm. After about 20 mins of checking in had a representative personally walk us to our rental to discuss the basics. Recieved conflicting information when asked about the dishwasher soap via email (said we needed to provide the soap-maybe a lack of their understanding in my email?) and then via phone call - said they would send someone to provide it but no one came. We figured it out. They did provide washing maching tabs which was very helpful coming off of a week long cruise. For late checkout by request, the fee in the Welcome Book in the property said one price but was told double via phone to check out 1 hour later. Wasn't quite a 10 on the customer service part but can't beat the view and property itself.
