Very private and part of a beautiful upscale waterfront Cotuit neighborhood. Spend the day at a Barnstable beach such as Loop beach in Cotuit or any other beach in the other villages with the house provided beach pass.
Outside Living Space
No doubt the focus of your outdoor living here will be the oversized kidney shaped pool with a jetted spa. Make a pitcher of margaritas at the cabana pool bar, kick back and relax.
