Dark wood and leather furnishings enhance over 1,900 square feet of living space in this spacious second floor three bedroom, three-bath condominium. Lots of windows offer beautiful Gulf views from the master bedroom, the living areas and generous balcony. Fully appointed kitchen includes eat-in breakfast area, Keurig coffee maker, ice maker, microwave, wine fridge, dishwasher and laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Other features include 9-foot ceilings throughout, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and a large master bath with garden tub, separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity and lots of closet space.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We wanted to stay longer! Not only was the condo beautiful but it was spotless. The kitchen was perfectly equipped; we especially enjoyed the ice maker. The large balcony and the view sold us. Our king size bed was very comfortable. We have vacationed several times at Martinique so we already knew that we loved the community. The office staff are very friendly and helpful, as is the security personnel. If I were to suggest any future improvements, it would be more comfortable seating in the living room and on the balcony. Regardless, we’ll be back! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
