7 Bedroom House with Air Conditioner, Pool and TV
Magnificent 7 bedroom, 7 bathroom, gut renovated 2023 home, directly on the Shrewsbury river and across from the beach. The backyard has a large pool, hot tub and long dock that can accommodate a couple of boats with a sandy beach in front. Fully enclosed kitchen with a full bathroom, changing area and shower. Rooftop deck above outside kitchen with spiral staircase to view the magnificent unobstructed sunsets. Inside our home, you will find a huge modern fully equipped kitchen and great room perfect for entertaining. A first floor bedroom and ensuite bathroom with an adjustable Queen size bed. First floor office/gym has a peloton, weights, mats a desk (stand up and regular) and printer. Second floor has 3 large bedrooms with king size beds and 2 bathrooms. The 4th bedroom on second floor (master) has a terrace overlooking backyard with spectacular views of the Shrewsbury and of course, the magnificent sunsets. Master bath has a toto bidet toilet. The third floor has a huge bedroom (2nd master) with a terrace with the same awesome views as the second floor master. The third floor also has another bedroom and an office that we use for a nursery.
Across one street is the expansive beautiful beach to enjoy. We have 2 standup paddles, an elliptical stand up paddle, kayaks and more for your enjoyment.
We are walking distance into the town of Monmouth Beach where there are award winning restaurants, shops and more.
The house is clean, brand new and our home, so we are careful about who we will rent it to; must be a respectful, professional family only.
