This fabulous 5 bedroom villa is located ‘3 steps’ from the beach in the cosy area of Marbesa, a suburb 8 km from Marbella city centre.
The property is located 2nd row from the beach of Marbesa. Marbesa is a family friendly urbanization next to Elviria, where the famous Nikki Beach beach club is located.
In Marbesa it is still possible to take a lovely evening stroll along the main road meeting the locals and of course holiday guests. The area has a warm holiday atmosphere, though without the buzzing noise of city centre night life. There are quite a few restaurants along the beach with fantastic fresh fish dishes and typical Andalucian meals.
A wonderful 5 bedroom and 4 bedroom holiday home with quality decoration and fantastic outdoor area, with sun lounges, dining area and seating.
The ground floor of the villa consist of a large living with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a guest toilet.

Second bedroom has 2 singles and a bathroom to share with a shower, toilet and double sink.
The third bedroom has a double bed of 160 * 2.00.
The first floor has 2 bedrooms with both ensuite bathrooms and a private terrace. From both terraces you have wonderful views towards the Mediterranean Sea. Both bedrooms have double beds of 1.60 * 2.00. Bathroom masterbedroom has bathtub, shower, double sink, toilet and bidet. The other bathroom has a shower, toilet and double sink.
