The spacious lakefront deck overlooking the sparkling waters of Summit Lake is the ideal spot for hanging out with your loved ones. Gather around the gas firepit after dinner or surprise your friends with grilled treats using the gas grill available. Go down the stairs to reach the shores and waters of the lake. Inside, the first level of the home features a sunny open floor plan seamlessly combining the living and dining areas and the kitchen. The inviting living room provides guests with a cozy place to gather indoors - it's complete with comfortable sofas, a gas fireplace for the winter months, and a smart TV with cable and streaming. Grab any of the supplied blankets and get ready for an entertaining evening at home! The spacious kitchen will delight the cook of the group with its many stainless steel appliances and unobstructed lake views.
