If you are looking for an outdoor fun-filled getaway for you and your crew, then this is the spot for you! Make your way up the long driveway to find the perfect private villa where you'll discover plenty of outdoor activities for your stay! This fabulous property has a spacious main house including 3 bedrooms with air conditioning units and a cozy, air-conditioned 1 bedroom casita. Both homes have a fully-equipped kitchen, dining table and Smart TV's. The romantic gem of a casita has a private backyard with its own hot tub and fire pit. Take advantage of the outdoor space in front of the main house that features another hot tub, plenty of outdoor seating, another fire pit, and a huge yard where you can compete in a friendly competition of volleyball and badminton!

• QUIET HOURS: 9pm - 9am
• NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS, NO EXTRA GUESTS THAT OVER OCCUPIES THE HOME, OR EVENTS ALLOWED All Strictly enforced.
• THIS HOME IS PET FRIENDLY: There is a $40 pet fee per night, per pet. Up to 2 pets allowed. We only accept dogs. Please inquire about other pets allowed with our Reservations Department. Please keep your pet on a leash at all times. Please note that Airbnb will not collect pet fees at the time of booking. This is collected after the booking has been confirmed and someone from our team will reach out to you to collect the pet fee.

without the express written consent of the owner. Fees apply.
PLEASE NOTE!
• Please take note that this home is NOT baby and/or child proofed. It is your responsibility to walk the home and/or property upon arrival, to make this space safe for your children. We assume no liability for harm/death to any baby or child staying or visiting this vacation rental.
• Need a Pack and Play and a High Chair for your visit? Please let our team members know if you need a pack n' play or high chair. There is a $25 fee, per stay for renting a high chair and a $35 fee for a pack n' play.
• Please note that early check-ins and late check-outs are available at our discretion. There are extra fees for either of these add-ons when available.
• Exterior surveillance cameras are recording video 24/7
• Please note with the rising SDGE costs, the hot tub may be turned down to 80 degrees if no one had been in the unit prior to your arrival. It will take several hours to heat up.
CANCELLATION POLICY
• A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty, aside from a $500 restocking fee.
• Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment (not including deposit and cleaning fee).
• Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. If you wish to shorten your existing reservation with VRBKIM, and your reservation is further than 30 days away, we do charge a $100 restocking fee to make this adjustment.
