Secluded 4 bedroom ranch style home on a dead-end road at the confluence of the Blue Earth and Watonwan rivers. Large kitchen with counter seating for 4. Open doorway to the large dining room with bay window to view pond and wildlife. Living room with access to 3 season porch and large deck, also with view of pond. Indoor activities available; piano, pool table, sauna, games, 65 inch Smart TV in the large basement, and great views of the rivers and wildlife.
Enough outside area to play yard games, basketball hoop, swing set/treehouse for children, walking paths, and an area to enjoy campfires(wood provided). Easy access to the rivers for fishing and canoeing.
4 bedrooms with 3 1/2 bathrooms provide you with plenty of room to sleep comfortably.
