Summary: The owner of the timeshare and I had trouble getting on the same page for this stay. I tried to cancel the stay prior to the trip, but was outside my cancellation window. I was told in writing by the owner (4 days prior to arriving), that the front desk had my name and would be ready for my arrival. When I got to the property, they had no luck finding my reservation, and after a couple of hours of trying to connect with the host, they were able to put me in a different room. The property is a bit dated, but overall it's a great location if you're looking for the convenience of ski in and ski out.
