DETAILS: DETAILS: Incredible renovation close to the beach! 188 Sugar Sand Lane is a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom Seagrove Beach home that sleeps 16. When not relaxing on the white-sand beach, guests can de-stress in a full-size private sauna, play ping pong, float in the pool, or soak up the sun on the backyard patio. It’s an incredible home designed to pamper!
A small porch with a bench swing opens to a lovely open living, dining, and kitchen area with wide-plank hardwood floors and a soft, muted color palette. A sofa and armchairs provide a cozy spot to sit and chat while loved ones prepare fabulous meals in a spacious chef’s kitchen with premium appliances, a gas cooktop and stove, a double refrigerator and freezer, and a quartz waterfall island with seating for 3. An adjacent dining table seats 8 comfortably. Off the living area is a primary bedroom with lots of natural light and views of the neighborhood. Guests will enjoy a king bed and a spacious bathroom with a claw-foot tub and separate shower housed together behind a glass enclosure.
