2 Bedroom Villa with Parking, Pool and TV
Our 2 bedroom villa is located near the front entrance of La Torre Golf Course which is only 15 minutes drive from Corvera Airport and 50 minutes from Alicante Airport. It is located close to the supermarket, which is fully stocked, and a 5 minute walk to the resort town centre with all its restaurants, pubs, beauty salon, golf course and clubhouse. There is also a 5* Hotel on the resort with a gym and spa. Our pool (approx 6m x 3m) is for your private use and can be heated for all year use (£120 per week). There are also 20 communal pools, including some children's pools, around the resort, tennis and paddle courts, petanque and several children's playgrounds, all free of charge.
The property is air conditioned in the living room and bedrooms and for visits during the winter, the property also benefits from central heating.
This is a gated complex with 24 hour security and is perfect for a relaxing family holiday. The roads are quiet and the tree lined pavements are perfect for taking a stroll. Having children ourselves, we have tried to cater for all family needs when looking for a holiday. We realise that keeping kids occupied is important on any holiday so we have five bikes, tennis rackets, a games console and movies for their use. We have two sets of men's, one lady's and one junior golf clubs at the villa so no need to bring your own or rent clubs out. In addition to the golf course at La Torre, there are numerous courses in the area to choose from.
You are only 15 minutes drive to the beaches of Mar Menor, 20 minutes to the numerous beaches of Costa Calida, 20 minutes to Cartagena city centre and 25 minutes to Murcia city centre. The local towns of Roldan and Balsicas have bus services and a train station which has a direct line to Madrid, Murcia and Cartagena.
The villa has a well equipped kitchen and outside is a large BBQ with a further BBQ pit on the solarium. The large solarium is great for catching the sun or relaxing at night around the fire pit.
The master bedroom has a double bed and TV. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, but a further single bed can be added if required.
There is a travel cot and high chair if needed. Please note that the slide pictured in one of the photos has been removed.
The internet is perfect for working abroad.
Linens and towels, including beach towels, are included.
