This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom downstairs apartment in a small Triplex has new kitchen, tile and wood floors, a large private outdoor yard, private washer and dryer, more like a home and is great for relocating tenants, or longer term stays. The street is a quiet culdesac with friendly neighbors and is well located just 2.5 miles to Venice beach or marina del rey, blocks from the 405 freeway, and close to many other locations in LA like Santa Monica, Playa del rey, Culver City, downtown LA, Beverly Hills snd Brentwood. It’s very centrally located to town as well as being close to the beach. It is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need including dishes, cookware, coffee, tea, linens, etc. We are pet friendly but would like to have information about your pet prior to booking and require pet fees and insurance ($99). Off-street parking for one car and additional free parking on the street.

Summary: We really enjoyed our two month stay at this property! The amount of space and wifi worked well for two adults and a dog working from home. The host was always easy to reach and great with communication if we needed anything. For anyone considering renting I will say the building is old and so the walls are thin, just be prepared to hear the neighbors above you. The only other thing I would note is that there is no built-in AC, which is very common with a lot of homes in Los Angeles. There is, however, a large AC unit that effectively and completely cools the whole apartment. Even in the mid-July heat, we found it easy to cool the apartment just by opening windows and running ceiling fans.
