The back unit of a front / back duplex. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. It is on 9th Ave which is a busier road and because of that it isn't the quietest location in town. If you don't mind some street noise though it is the perfect location for all your expeditions. There are two bikes provided with the listing along with everything you could need in the kitchen.
The Space:
It is a small but well laid out space decorated like a cottage straight from Key West. There is a porch with a grill for spending time outside. One bedroom has a private bathroom and the other has a bathroom shared with the living room. Twelve foot ceilings give this unit a very grand feel.
The Neighborhood:
1 mile to Palafox, .5 miles to Veterans Memorial Park, and blocks from multiple restaurants. This downtown duplex is a great place if you want easy access to everything Pensacola has to offer. It is on a fairly busy road and there is the hustle and bustle of the city going on around you. The home is quiet inside but it is not secluded.
It is 8 miles to Pensacola Beach. There is a ferry that leaves from Downtown Pensacola that will take you to the beach or to Fort Pickens. It runs from April to October.
Getting Around:
There is one parking spot for guests and we provide two bikes for your enjoyment. Generally biking or walking is the best way to get around Pensacola from this location.
