2 Bedroom Apartment with TV, Security and Sports
Montclaire is a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment situated on the banks of the river dee which is a fully equipped property for staying in. With a licence to fish on the river for trout and all outdoor facilities are close distance. We can accommodate for more than 4 adults and any children wishing to stay we have cots and high chair and normal day to day children utensils upon request and at no extra cost.
The living room is equipped with sky tv and international tv package and for children on the rainy days we have wifi and Xbox 360 and PS3 console. All local bars ,restaurants , coffe shops and supermarkets are within a 5 minute walk of each other as is the golf course and dog walking routes and the famous deeside confectionary.We have a master bedroom with a double bed and built in wardrobes with en suite and television with same package as above where you can enjoy the view of the mountains from the window.The second bedroom consists for two single beds with built in wardrobe and same view of the mountains as the master room. Our family bathroom has shower and bath for those to relax after a long day hillwalking and taking photographs of the beautiful scenery.We also have a secure private storage cage located in the basement which is suitable to house all outdoor sports equipment that not required to have a licence.
