ARRIVAL INFORMATION
All accommodation is fitted with a key safe code which will be issued prior to your holiday.
All lodges have 3 or 4 steps up to the veranda.
Pets must be kept on a lead whilst walking around the park.

Please note that unfortunately due to limited staff during the festive period the hot tubs will not be available for breaks arriving between 20th-26th December 2021, discount has been applied to reflect this.

Please email info@yaxhamwaters.co.uk with the vehicle registration numbers in your party, there is a security barrier and the details will be needed for automatic entry to the park.
Fishing Rules
A rod licence is required by everybody & random checks will be made.
Maximum of 2 fishing rods per person.
Fishing rods not to be left unattended.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Only barbless hooks to be used.
Landing nets & unhooking mats must be used.
Please use a weigh sling or landing net to weigh the fish.
All fish must be returned to the lake.
Keep nets can be used.
Fishing must stop at midnight & can resume at 6am. Please ensure other guests are not disturbed by lights & alarms.
You can fish from the island or on any lake but please do not fish directly in front of any lakeside lodges that other guests are staying in.
First Aid kits can be found in the SOS cabinets round the lakes with lifebuoys attached.
