Private shaded backyard with grill and outdoor dining area for relaxing after a day at the beach. We provide everything you need from beach toys, towels, umbrellas, boogie boards, and beach wagon. The house is squeaky clean, easy to access with door code, and includes ample parking. Sleeps 7. Master bedroom suite has balcony overlooking the shaded backyard, the second bedroom has a queen, and we have a queen sized pull out couch in the living room with a luxurious sleep number mattress, plus an extra child's bed that folds easily out of the way when not in use. We are located in the highly sought after mid-island, close to everything. I block from the white sandy Amelia Island Beach, 4 miles from historic downtown Fernandina Beach with great restaurants, shopping and lovely Saturday Farmer's Market, 3 miles from Ft.
