Your family and friends will enjoy the Pensacola Retreat mini-resort! Enjoy approximately 2,500 sf of beautully decorated space in the safe, quiet, prestigious area of NE Pensacola! Your family and friends will enjoy the gorgeous, large pool, new gazebo, game room, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, new jacuzzi tub and balcony overlooking the pool!
The entire house has been updated Including new flooring, baths and kitchens!
You and your family will have two spaces that are typically rented separately. You will have 2,500 SF to yourselves! Many families currently rent both spaces so we thought we’d promote it as a single listing! You alone will have full access to the 2,000 sf Main House; it has 3 bedrooms & 1.5 baths. It also has a large kitchen and TWO large living areas. It has three Roku TVs. There's streaming cable in the fireplace living room and Pelican Nest. It's the Direct TV app on the television. You ALSO have the adorable Pelican Nest; it’s the upstairs with approximately 400 sf suite that includes one bedroom and one living area with the kitchenette, 40” Roku tv, comfy futon, gorgeous completely renovated bath with a jacuzzi tub and beautiful balcony overlooking the pool!
For your convenience we have our wonderful on-site host, David, in the completely separate Zen Suite (he has a separate entrance and patio area). He maintains the pool (between professional cleanings-our guests have to do nothing for the pool!) and is there if you need him; he allows you plenty of privacy and space!

You have all spaces available to you except three locked owner’s closets, the shed and the Zen Suite.
Other things to note
You will have plenty of privacy and space! You alone are the only ones using both the Main Home, Pelican Nest, patio and pool!
Our pool service comes on Thursdays; David cleans out leaves in the mornings and the lawn will be cut as needed.
As with all pools, the pool will occasionally need to be shocked and will be unavailable for a few hours afterwards.
The day bed in the lower bedroom in the main house is slid out from under the daybed. It does not raise. The bedding is in the white footstool in the bedroom and blue footstool in the living room.
