This beachfront apartment is right on the beach and the closest one to the Wyndham Hotel. (100 feet). It is completely updated (2022) , New floors, ceilings, lightings, kitchen, bedrooms , bathrooms etc!! We are working on all using natural, enviromental but elegant & Top quality furniture. The Beach is in front of the apartment and 2 pools. 13 clay courts and 2 18-hole golf course. Rain forest 7 minutes away with waterfalls and trail. Restaurants, Casino Margaritaville Bar 3 minute walk and live music in the hotel lobby with great Restaurants, Coffee shops, souvenir stores. 5 Minutes away: Ziplining, night kayaking in fluorescent waters (Amazing)!! water rentals like Jetskis in the beach and so much more!! Hotel pool is reserved for hotel guests. This property has 2 large pools in front of the villa next to the beach.

Summary: We really liked the location. Our room had a nice ocean view from the balcony. Getting to the beach was just a walk down our building's stairs, follow a short walkway, and then we were on the sand. The Wyndham Grand Resort was right next door, so we were able to go to their restaurants and bars easily. The room we rented was very spacious. It had 2 bedrooms, each with 2 double beds. There were 2 bathrooms, a nice open family room, a big kitchen, and a balcony with 4 seats. We had to arrive very late at night (10 pm), but it didn't matter because the property owner gave us the room's door code in advance, so we could let ourselves in. We bought a lot of food and drinks and left the unopened things behind for the next guests. We were all very happy with the rental.
