Be one of the very first guests to enjoy this new-old home! This classic farm home was rebuilt from the bottom up. And the new owners are now having the entire home refurnished; the process being led by a professional interior designer whose specialty is creating homes PERFECT for vacationing families and friends.
(NOTE: The interior photos and the Matterport Tour are included only to provide potential guests with an understanding of the layout. The furniture as seen was left behind by the seller and has already been removed.)
All new: beds/mattresses, bedroom furniture, sofas, flat screens in 4 bedrooms and in the living room and lower level play room, game console in lower level playroom. New bed linens, pillows, towels, pots and pans, coffee makers, flatware, glasses and plates...and on and on!!
Located on 150 acres of private and beautiful property, enjoy a large and deep (18 feet) spring-fed pond...fish, swim and bounce on the huge floating trampoline. A pair of kayaks are provided for use on the pond.
Maintained hiking/biking trails (bring your own or rent nearby) wend throughout the property. Bon fire pit, lots of safe play areas. LaserTag! So much for the kids to explore!
Massive screen room off of the kitchen with new patio furniture is an ideal extension of living space and provides the perfect place from which to watch wildlife (and the children :)
The lower level of the home, with exposed stacked stone foundation, will be a fabulous game room to where the children can escape their parents!
