VILLA ANTONELLA – SORRENTO AREA
A large private villa, that faces the sun and sea, Villa Antonella is a transformed old monastery, a 14th century consecrated gem, destroyed during the Turkish invasion, with 500 square metres or internal space and 7750 sq. metres of outdoor areas; a stunning property with private swimming pool built to resemble a natural structure, ideal for children. From here you can see the island of Capri, and to the right, the island of Ischia. The views are simply spectacular! Within 800 metres you can reach the little town of Termini with a bus stop, restaurant and shops. There is private parking for 4 cars; a small private road leads up to the main entrance of the villa and cannot be accessed by large vehicles/minivans as the road is very narrow. The villa can only be reached by car (small-medium size).
The villa develops on three levels, divided into three apartments for each level.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
FIRST FLOOR
• Suite with en suite bathroom: King-size bed, living room with single sofa bed. Bathroom with bathtub and separate en suite bathroom with shower. Access to the terrace.
• Suite with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower.
SECOND FLOOR
• Suite 1: king-size bed with shared bathroom with shower
• Suite 2: double bed with shared bathroom with shower
• Suite 3: double bed and access to the terrace. En-suite bathroom with bathtub.
ANNEX APARTMENT (An 18-step spiral staircase connects the annexe to the first floor) where we find a
guest suite with double bed, living room an en-suite bathroom with shower. Access to the terrace.
The main apartment also features a dining room with seating for up to 8, a living room, fully equipped kitchen and utility room.
The monastery’s former refectory has been transformed into a dining room with space for 12 and a balcony that opens on to the terrace. A small cloister with trees and flowers has an antique well and steps up to the 2nd floor.
Outside, the villa has a private swimming pool (15x7m; 1.8m deep) with 10 sun lounges, umbrellas and outdoor shower. There are two large terraces, both furnished with tables and chairs for al-fresco dining, as well as covered terraces in the courtyard.
