Our award-winning, comfortable and close to the beach apartment has about 100 m² total living space and is fully equipped with a high-gloss marble floor. It consists of 1 spacious living room / salon with dining area, 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 bathroom with shower and 1 bathroom with bath en suite), entrance hall, 1 large separate kitchen with dining and Spülwaschmaschine, utility room with WC, a 19 m² large south - facing west facing terrace with a fantastic view on the countryside and the mountains. Summary: The apartment was spotless with a capital 'SPOT'. I dont think we've ever been somewhere so clean and tidy. The apartment also offered all the things you normally need to go out and buy (I think this is why the people who stay here make sure they keep it tidy). There are plenty of towels, the bed linen is clean and fresh smelling (an absolute must for me). We used the room with the twin beds and slept well (in-between the on an off beeps of the air con unit). The balcony is large, plenty of space for the table, four chairs and the clothes airer (which we used almost daily... so as you can guess the washing machine was invaluable). We really like the fact that each apartment comes with a dedicated space for its sunbeds around the pool, meaning there isnt any time during your stay when you cant get a bed. We stayed at the quietest end of Cala Bona near the harbour, a quick walk from everything you need and just minutes from the boardwalk/shops/pharmacy/restaurants etc. Cati & Mario were perfect hosts (once you get past the understandable rules of stay, apartments dont stay that lovely without house rules :0). They are a delightful couple, would be there at the drop of a hat if you needed anything and provided good recommendations for places to eat, cafe's to visit etc. The only thing they didnt have, which we would have liked, was a few British TV channels. Fortunately, I had brought my laptop with me so we were able to access netflix and prime, but it would have been so much nicer to use their super large, wall mounted tv. Questions we always ask ourselves at the end of a stay: was it good value for money and would we go back... we are looking at the diary already for April 23 and quite frankly cant wait to return for a quick week's stay.
