I live right next door, so im easy to get a hold of and help if anything is needed.
Its a charming old home located in the Reotown area of Lansing. Its on the Grand river on a small dead end street that stops at a large park. Easy access to the river trail that goes all the way to MSU campus. Campus is a 5 minute drive away. I have re-done the old hard wood floors and tried to keep everything original. I did install central air, new water heater and furnace. I have a nice full bathroom upstairs and a small half bathroom in the basement area with 2 extra beds. For being right in the middle of the city, its very peaceful and quiet with wonderful sunrises and sunsets over the river. Very good fishing, and kayaking. I have some bikes to use. A great little area with pubs and really good food. Nice people on the street, we all know eachother and are friendly.
