Architect-designed cottage with private beach plot and views of the sea at Nykøbing Sjælland. The view of the water can be enjoyed from the living room, dining room and the kitchen. The light fell beautifully through the skylights and the large window that faces the garden and the water. The main house contains three bedrooms, shower and toilet. There is an annex with two bedrooms with shower and toilet. There is Chromecast, built-in speakers and subwoofer. There is a large plot with different seating both on the terraces around the house, in the garden and on the terrace, which is located just approx. 10 meters from the water. The two surfboards are for free use and there is plenty of opportunity for swimming and fishing. In the garden there is a fire place with outdoor kitchen and trampoline (used at your own risk / insurance). The boat by the water is private and must not be used. Be aware that there is a steep staircase to the beach plot. Not for rent to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
