With 3 bedrooms that have their own private bath and deck, this is the perfect home for 2 or 3 families to share. The first floor is the bonus room with a queen sleeper sofa, flat screen tv and full bath. The second floor features 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, 2 masters (one king, one queen) plus two kids rooms with a pyramid bunk, plus extra single mattress underneath in each. All bedrooms have cable tv s. The top floor is where you will find the kitchen, living room and dining room. There is also a master bedroom with a king bed and flat screen tv off the kitchen. This is one of the few beach block rentals with an elevator, what more could you ask for! CHECK-IN TIME is 2:30. Spring & Fall Weekends available at $1500 per night. $500 REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT.
