This cute 1 Bedroom, and 1 full bath is attached to the main Purple Starfish Victorian house on 702 Broadway in West Cape May. The unit was renovated in 2019 and a new kitchen in 2021 The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, micro hood, range, garbage disposal black and decker coffee maker with filters, and toaster The kitchen is also equipped with glasses, dinnerware, pots/pans, and cooking utensils. There is a separate and private entrance to the unit. The unit has a private patio with outdoor seating, grill and shared outdoor shower with bikes. There is also ample on street parking.
The beach is a short .8 mile 12 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride. We will have 2 adult bikes for guests to use. We are within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. This block also has plenty of on street parking. You just about guaranteed a spot right out front. Not being on a beach block has its benefits. Parking will never be an issue and traffic is less likely farther north on the island. Most of our neighbors are year round residents, so you will be sure to have a relaxing vacation at the beach. This apartment has a private separate entrance with small porch and courtyard. This unit is for 1 week rentals Saturday-Saturday for July and August. For all other months there is a 3 night minimum.
We provide pillows, blankets and starter paper products and starter soap.
You will need to bring linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs.
The unit has a kitchen, family room with fold out queen bed, bedroom with queen bed and full bathroom with shower stall (no tub)

This apt is equipped with a gas grill, outside table, window unit AC in living room and bedroom, heat control, WiFisteaming tv with comcast cable ap. We provide all of your starter paper products, a fully equipped kitchen. You will need to bring linens, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas.
